This 15-square-meter coffee shop is located under the staircase of a residential building, Leveraging the unique location and an independent outdoor seating area shaded by trees. We used durable and cost-effective materials such as Radiata Pine Plywood and small tiles, focusing on simplicity and functionality in the design. Prefabricated furniture and fixtures reduced construction time and ensured precision. The compact seating arrangement maximizes capacity, and built-in storage keeps the space organized. Our goal is to create an economically efficient, warm, and inviting community space for people to relax and socialize.
